What We’re Looking For:

Licensure: Current PT license and registration in New York.
Experience: Proven experience providing adult PT, preferably in a home care setting (though not required).
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and collaborate with office staff.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with EMR systems is a plus (we provide training).

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Care: Conduct evaluations and create personalized therapy plans to help patients regain mobility and independence.
Flexible Scheduling: Coordinate visits directly with patients, choosing when and where you want to work.
